Placing an order
1. You can place an order by selecting a bouquet in our online shop.
2. On the Bouquet page you can choose different price-points and also whether you would like the bouquet delivered with or without a vase. If you have specific wishes (certain occasion, bouquet base color or type of flowers) please include this in the description when placing your order. You can also add personal message, we will add this to a card.
3. You can then select a date for delivery (we only deliver Tuesday through Saturday). If you would like to select a specific time slot (11:00-16:00/16:00-20:00) for delivery, this can be selected on the checkout page.
4. Add the bouquet to your cart and head to check-out.
5. If you would like to deliver the bouquet to someone, you can enter their address as the shipping address. If you would like it delivered to your own location, then you can fill in your details as the shipping address. It is also possible to pick up the bouquet at our FlowerLovesMe atelier (located on Kerkstraat 161, Amsterdam) with no extra charge, just be sure to select this option during check-out.
6. Payment can be made with the payment methods that we offer. You can find these at the bottom of our website.
7. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation via email.
All bouquets are arranged with unique, seasonal and fresh flowers, sourced locally in The Netherlands. We select our available flowers weekly, thus each bouquet will be unique. Please see photos for a reference of size and type of bouquet.
If you have specific wishes (certain occasion, bouquet base color or type of flowers) please include this in the description when placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your wishes.
However, very special and specific arrangements can only be made (base color, specific types of flowers) if seasonally available and requested on time. Please contact us for very specific wishes (please allow ± 2 days for special requests).
When placing your order, you can add all your special requests and needs in the relevant fields. If you still have additional needs, feel free to contact us directly by email fineflower@flowerlovesme.com or phone + 31 6 48709023 for all your special requests and we can assist you with our recommendations for any type of flowers and/or plants.
Flowers are selected in advance as soon as orders are received. Therefore it is not possible to refund. If cancellation is received 3 days before delivery date, a gift card can be arranged.

Flower Delivery / Pick-Up
Kindly order before 6:30pm for next day delivery in Amsterdam. During the order process you can specify a preferred delivery timeslot.
Last minute orders need to be confirmed by contacting the flower atelier directly.
Special delivery requests require 2 days prior notice.
We deliver to the following areas:
€10 — Amsterdam*
€15 — Abcoude, Amstelveen, Badhoevedorp, Broek in Waterland, Diemen, Duivendrecht, Landsmeer, Lijnden, Ouderkerk, Vinkenveen, Weesp, Westgaarde, Zwanenburg
€25 — Aalsmeer, Almere, Haarlem, Hoofdorp, Monnickendam, Schiphol
*For Amsterdam deliveries it is possible to select a specific delivery timeslot (11:00-16:00 / 16:00-20:00) for an additional €10 (please select the option when ordering a bouquet).
If ordered one day before, you can select a specific time slot during the checkout process (11:00-16:00 or 16:00-20:00) for an additional cost.

Standard shipping rates (deliveries take place between Tuesday - Sunday, between 11:00-20:00).
For Amsterdam deliveries it is possible to select a specific delivery time slot (11:00-16:00 / 16:00-20:00) for an additional €10 (this can be selected on the product page).
Shipping rates will be applied at checkout automatically according to the delivery address.

Yes, you can. We won’t communicate your personal information unless you put your name on the card.
We will try our best to deliver it to the neighbours. In any other case the customer who ordered the bouquet will be contacted.
In case the receiver is not available at the indicated address, it will be delivered to close neighbours.
If nobody is available at the indicated time and place of delivery, the bouquet will be taken back to the store waiting for further indications from the customer.
If address is incorrect, charges apply for re-delivery.
Gift Cards
Yes, you can purchase a gift card in our online shop and have it sent to someone by email. We are currently only sending our gift cards by email (no physical gift cards). It is possible to select from the following amounts: on demand starting from €20 up to €300.
The email gift card will contain a code that can be used online when ordering floral arrangements through our site.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year.

The images we use on our website are indicative of our style and can vary in size, color and type of flower. We always use fresh flowers pending on availability during the season making every bouquet unique.
